KAQY advertises every job opening over the air in commercial format as well as posts every job opening on our website. In January 2007, KAQY participated in the Ag Expo held in the Monroe
Civic Center, where the station had a booth and provided applications and encouragement to individuals seeking a career in broadcasting. KAQY also participated in the Chamber of Commerce
Job Fair. KAQY also broadcasts recruitment ads year round encouraging a career in broadcasting.
